NIKETOWN customer service reps(athletes) needed to enhance the customer shopping experience in its stores by connecting more with their customers and help them with the check out process.

SOLUTION

We created the mPOS (mobile point-of-service) app. A seamless shopping experience that also featured synchronization of nike.com purchase data to the user's NIKE profile. Currently, launched in select NIKETOWNS in the US.
